Hosford’s baseball team opened victory gates against Robert F. Monroe with a score of 15 for the panthers and 0 for Monroe. Our first baseman for the game, Ken King, lead the team with his monster three run home run in the bottom of the third, sending the ball flying over the right field fence. The pitching was awesome also with Dj Pittman leading off with 6 strike outs.
The Lady Panthers also had a place in the winning circle against Monroe. They had an astonishing win with a score of 19 to 3 favoring the Panthers. Madison Peddie had a great game standing in the middle of the pitching circle with Karleigh Sellers catching. Madison only sent three players walking down the line. Lady Panthers ended the game with a 15 run rule.
